Currently, there are four ways in which to access Project STAY services:
1. Project STAY can provide direct student consultation and functional behavioral assessment to its consortium members, for a yearly fee. Consortium members receive a certain amount of direct service and training opportunities according to their negotiated contract.
2. Project STAY can provide FREE web-based and phone consultation through the KSDE grant. These consultations will be limited in nature and must be confidential.
3. Project STAY can accept districts, based upon availability and funding, in which to conduct one or two day trainings regarding functional behavioral assessment, positive behavioral supports, data collection and team training. This is a first come, first serve type of service and is typically limited to one or two districts a year.
4. In rare cases, and based entirely upon availability, Project STAY may provide direct consultation to districts, on a FEE FOR SERVICE basis. Cost of these direct consultations are based upon severity of the situation, distance, and time involved.
